2. Intellectual Property

Purchase of a digital report grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the content for your own research. You may not:

3. Digital Products and Payments
All products are digital (PDF reports, briefings, subscriptions). Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.
Refund policy: Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final. If you believe there is a material error in a report, contact info@gateinc.ca within 7 days of purchase and we will review the matter.
4. Newsletter and Commercial Messages
By subscribing to GATE Africa Weekly you consent to receive regular email communications. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any message. We comply with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Not investment advice. GATE publishes market intelligence and trade analysis for informational purposes only. Nothing on this site or in any GATE report constitutes financial, investment, legal, or commodity trading advice.
